Gliese is a read-only protocol change radar for people exposed to EVM smart contracts they do not control. It watches who can upgrade, own, pause, or otherwise administer those contracts and turns consequential control changes into public records and timely alerts.

• Users can build read-only watchlists and receive filtered alerts through Telegram, email, or webhooks according to plan.
